• Products mean all hair products offered by HQ Hair, including bulk hair, tip hair, extensions, wigs, and ponytails.

By using the HQ Hair website (hqhair.com) or placing an order with HQ Hair, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

• Agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

• Acknowledge that these Terms form a binding agreement between you and HQ Hair.

3. Orders and Contracts

• All orders placed on hqhair.com or via official communication (email/WhatsApp) constitute an offer to buy.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or logistics service.

• HQ Hair is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers.

• You are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or local taxes in your country.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of defective or incorrect products due to HQ Hair’s error.

• You must notify HQ Hair within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

• HQ Hair reserves the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund or replacement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow local laws and regulations regarding import and sale of hair products.

• Not use HQ Hair intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property
