Because each bundle comes from a different donor, HQ Hair cannot guarantee absolute consistency in color or texture between bundles. However, we always maintain strict quality control standards to deliver products as close as possible to customer expectations.

HQ Hair Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, HQ Hair offers refund and return support under the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions

• Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order

• Hair must remain unused: not installed, dyed, cut, or chemically processed

• Bundles must remain intact and not be re-tied at the top

• Products must remain in original packaging

• Original purchase invoice must be provided

If the product has been removed from its packaging and shows any signs of use, the refund and return policy will no longer apply.
